She currently holds a dual role as the Community Manager for our Adrian, MI location, as well as providing assistance with key issues in Toledo. Talana also coordinates inter-company training for all Campus Village locations.

Sarah Plocek
Leasing Specialist

Sarah assists with all aspects of the leasing process in addition to customer service. She manages the front desk, performs tours, application processing, and maintenance requests. Her ability to work with all prospects and residents in a patient and caring manner has made her a solid asset to the community team.

Sarah joined Campus Village in 2006 with over seven years prior experience in both housing management and leasing. She has been responsible for everything from community grounds to evictions. Sarah has also always been a strong attributor to top customer service.

Lauren Vickers
Leasing & Resident Activities Coordinator

Lauren is responsible for maintaining community relationships, effectively marketing all Toledo locations, ensuring proper lease-up, and planning community events. She also creates all marketing material for the community. She actively assists with showings and daily office tasks.

Lauren joined Campus Village in 2008. She has prior experience in marketing and advertising. She has extensive experience designing promotional materials and working with social media platforms. Her work experience also includes building and maintaining sound customer relationships.

Lauren attended the University of Toledo and obtained a B.B.A. in Organizational Development and Management with a minor in Marketing

Heather Redding
Accounts Specialist

Heather oversees the basic accounting aspects of the entire community. She handles resident accounts, collection of resident and commercial rent, processing vending income, delinquency, evictions, move-out processing, and leasing. Heather actively assists in other areas of day to day operations and is a great team member.

Heather joined Campus Village in 2006. She has a Bachelors of Business in Human Resource Management from the University of Toledo.

Robert Werner
Maintenance Technician

Robert oversees maintenance aspects of the entire community. He handles work orders, assign tasks and responsibilities to maintenance technicians, and conducts preventative maintenance studies. He also routinely inspects and monitors major capital maintenance items.

Robert joined Campus Village in 2009 with fifteen years prior work experience. He supervised maintenance for a local apartment community and has also worked as a maintenance technician. He has extensive experience in roofing, boilers, drywall, painting, siding, and window replacement. Robert has been a certified plumber since 1997 and certified HVAC journeyman since 2000.

Hired in 2003, Bobby Speiker has been a key member of our maintenance team for several years. Bobby is able to complete move out inspections and turnovers, as well as providing assistance in everyday facilities operations. Bobby and his wife Katie are the proud parents of a 1 yr. old daughter named Annabella.
