Ernie Schaefer
President
Ernie is the president and founder of Campus Village Communities. He manages the entire organization and property portfolio. Ernie has an extensive background in senior executive leadership, property development, and entrepreneurship. Ernie also worked for thirty years with General Motors Corporation working from Product Engineer all the way up to Program Manager where he launched several new vehicle programs.
Ernie has an MBA from Wright State University and a BSME from Kettering University (formerly known as General Motors Institute).

Greg Schaefer
Vice President of Development
Greg is the Vice President of Development for Campus Village Communities. He facilitates and coordinates all aspects of new builds and property purchases for the entire portfolio. Greg has worked with Campus Village since 2002, originally beginning his career as the property manager for our Detroit location. Prior to coming to Campus Village, Greg worked for Marriott in Washington, D.C. as a manager of guest relations.
Greg has an MBA from Wayne State University. He received a B.A. in Hospitality Management from Michigan State University. |

Ryan Conzelmann
Vice President of Finance
Ryan is the Vice President of Finance for Campus Village Communities. He oversees all the budgeting aspects of the company as well as manages all of the accountants. In addition, he also works directly with commercial lenders for property and company financing purposes. Ryan joined Campus Village in 2006 after working seven years as a commercial real estate lender for JPMorgan Chase and LaSalle Bank.

Matt Rasor
Vice President of Operations
Matt is the Vice President of Operations for Campus Village Communities. He oversees the various aspects relating to personnel and the management of all of the facilities and property locations within the portfolio. He also supervises the corporate support positions within Campus Village (Marketing, Leasing, Facilities & Maintenance, Internal Support, Resource Management, and Technology & Information Services). Matt has worked with Campus Village since 2003 and has served at both the property level and as administrative property support as the Director of Facilities and Maintenance. Matt has over thirteen years experience in student and commercial property management.
Matt has an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. |

Brandon Reinkensmeyer
Director of Marketing
Brandon is the Director of Marketing for Campus Village Communities. He coordinates all marketing objectives and helps to provide the most effective advertising tools for the entire property portfolio. He also assists senior management with market research and corporate level projects. Brandon has held additional roles including interim property manager in Saginaw and commercial property manager while performing his primary marketing responsibilities. Brandon joined Campus Village in 2006 and has over five years of real estate related experience.
Brandon has a B.B.A. from Western Michigan University and is a Licensed Michigan Realtor.

George Jensen
Director of Facilities & Maintenance
George is the Director of Facilities and Maintenance for all Campus Village locations. George has been involved with the company for the last several years, originally providing painting and maintenance contracting services to several properties. George has extensive experience in both the residential and commercial maintenance and painting industries.

Ben Vickers
Chief Technology Officer
Ben is the Director of Technology for Campus Village Communities. Ben joined Campus Village in 2005 with prior experience in Computer Network Administration. Ben oversees and maintains all aspects of information technology and communication systems. In addition, he also designs and installs all networks for our properties.
Ben has a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Toledo and is currently working on his Master's of Science in Engineering. |

Tammy McClain
Director of Resource Management
Tammy is the Director of Resource Management for Campus Village Communities. She coordinates the purchasing and delivery of materials and supplies for all Campus Village locations. Tammy has worked with Campus Village and our construction company, SAF Construction Services, since 2001. Prior to joining our company, Tammy spent 12 years in a purchasing position within the printing industry and two years in residential real estate.
Tammy has a B.B.A. from Baker College. |
