Raegan Amy
Raegan oversees all aspects of the property including leasing, marketing, event planning and customer service. Students take care of all their housing needs through her office, from inception of their lease through move-out at the end of the term. In addition to managing the property and overseeing the maintenance department, she is able to provide our students with a “home away from home” atmosphere. She also works closely with the International Office at Kettering University to provide housing and guidance for all International students. Her goal is to ensure that all of our students feel as welcome as possible in a fun, friendly and safe environment.
During her five years at Legal Services of Eastern Michigan, Raegan received extensive training and certification in Fair Housing regulations. Through her experience with Fair Housing training she took a position at University of Michigan – Flint where she continued in the field of Fair Housing and took on new responsibilities with student activities. In her time at U of M – Flint she coordinated student outreach/volunteering and student events ranging from fundraising activities to preparing and sending 25 students to New Orleans to help with the hurricane Katrina clean-up efforts for alterative spring break.

Cal Guana
Maintenance Technician
Cal began working for Campus Village in 2007 and is responsible for all aspects of facilities maintenance including upkeep of the grounds, completing maintenance work orders, and apartment turnovers four times each year. In addition to these responsibilities he is also involved in the planning and preparation for student events. Cal’s goal is to ensure exceptional maintenance and customer service.
Cal has held positions in landscaping, and has certification in mold remediation and takes pride in maintaining a strong work ethic that helps him in his everyday duties.
Cal has worked in the field of maintenance for over 20 years and will graduate from Delta College with a degree in HVAC in May 2010.
