Angie oversees all aspects of the property which includes leasing, marketing, customer service, budgeting, and assigning daily tasks to her staff. As a manager of Campus Village for four and a half years, Angie values providing a clean, and fun environment for East Lansing students to live.
 
Before beginning her position as Property manager at Campus Village, Angie gained valuable experience as an Assistant manager at another Lansing property and she is certified in Fair Housing.

Ashley assists the Property Manager in completing daily tasks including; leasing, filing, local marketing, housing fairs, parking enforcement, secretarial duties, resident retention, and event planning. She also assists residents with the move in and move out process.

 In the two years that Ashley has assisted in East Lansing, she has exceeded all expectations and goes above and beyond to make Campus Village an excellent place to live.

Dale oversees the daily maintenance and upkeep of the property.  He is responsible for maintaining the maintenance budget, managing outside vendors, and achieving a high level of customer service.

Dale has a state of Michigan Mechanical license for HVAC and has 16 years of experience in working on HVAC units.

Dale has been employed with Campus Village for four and a half years.
