Stephanie is the communtiy manager for the Big Rapids locations. She manages all aspects of the property operations including leasing, maintenance, marketing, and daily tasks. Stephanie joined the Campus Village team in 2008.

She also assists in apartment turnovers and event planning. Stephanie currently attends Ferris State University in pursuit of a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree.

Maintenance Supervisor


Eric is the Director of maintenance. He is from Stanwood and has lived in the area all of his life. His hobbies are: providing DJ services for weddings and other parties, snowmobiling, and skiing. He is on call after hours for emergency maintenance.
