Talana oversees all functioning aspects of the community including budgeting, maintenance, leasing, and marketing. She takes a very personable approach with all of her residents and continuously receives positive reviews from both residents and parents. Her patience and communication abilities have made her a valuable asset to the Campus Village team. She also serves as an internal trainer for company objectives and software platforms.

Talana joined Campus Village in 2003. Her extensive experience working her way up from student work to community manager has provided her with a wealth of valuable knowledge. She also has a strong positive relationship with University Administrators at Siena Heights and has fostered a great relationship between the school and Campus Village.

Talana attended the University of Toledo.

David LeMay
Maintenance Supervisor

Dave oversees the general maintenance of the entire community. He also takes care of the grounds and turnovers. Dave is a great team members and assists with whatever is needed.

Prior to joining Campus Village in 2006, Dave worked for over 30 years with General Motors. He also attended Delta College.

Chelsea Flores
Leasing and Office Assistant

Chelsea assists the community manager with a variety of tasks and duties. She handles customer service, deposits, recruiting, and basic leasing. Her three years of prior experience in customer service have proved to be valuable since joining Campus Village in 2009.

Chelsea attended Siena Heights University and obtained a Bachelor in Social Work.
