Tom joined the team at Campus Village in 2008 as the Community Manager, overseeing the staff and management of 600 units at the Saginaw location.  Tom manages the daily operations of the community, which includes the general maintenance of the property, supervision of the staff consisting of our student workers and full time office personnel and seeing that residents are provided with the best service possible.   

Tom has prior property management experience for other large firms in the southern Michigan area, working in the industry for over 20 years.

Tom attended Covenant College in Lookout Mountain, Tennessee.

Michelle Kintz
Leasing & Resident Activities Coordinator

Michelle joined Campus Village in 2008 and is responsible for overseeing leasing activities, marketing, managing resident staff members, data entry, as well as functioning in the role of office manager, and assisting in resident relations.

Michelle has over 19 years’ experience in Marketing and Publications, Customer Service, Accounts Management, and Sales, as well as Commercial Leasing and Accounts Receivable for other property management firms.

Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts from Ambassador University in Big Sandy, TX

Allen Sprunger
Lead Maintenance Technician

Allen began working with a Campus Village affiliate in 2005 and since January, 2009 he has worked in his current position as Maintenance Supervisor.  His general responsibilities include supervision of all maintenance which includes turns, repairs, landscape maintenance, and staff oversight.  Allen holds a Michigan Builders’ License and has been working in construction-related fields for over 53 years.

Allen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Olivet Nazarene University and a Master of Divinity degree from Nazarene Theological Seminary.
